- Changes in applicable Swiss or foreign financial regulations
- Restrictions or bans on virtual assets or payment systems in certain jurisdictions.

- Price volatility if clients interact with third-party gateways.
- Counterparty risk when using external service providers (banks, PSPs, exchanges)

- Errors or omissions in user input
- Misuse or theft of account credentials.
